Modifications and Tweaks to A'vans (Click on red arrow below to select modification of interest) The Classic A'van Aliner Planning can make a big difference to how comfortably you travel in any of the different A'van models and layouts. To make the most of what space there is we have endeavoured to build-in as much as possible of the paraphernalia which we seem obliged to carry around with us wherever we go! This then avoids having to pull out and put away each time we move, and having a place for everything and everything in its place certainly contributes to reducing clutter.
A number of the modifications detailed below are aimed toward this end. If
you would like further information about any of these projects just drop us an

Sportliner Specific Modifications The A'van Sportliner
Being 900mm shorter internally than the more popular Aliner, the shorter body length of the Sportliner means the roof is lower. Although there
is probably very little that you can do about it, if you and your travelling
companion are relatively short then this would be a plus! The only
restriction we have found in regard to the low roof in a CL layout Sportliner
is when using the sink. Having the optional large opening window in the front roof helps alleviate that
problem as it provides at least another 100mm of head clearance over the sink
area. Nevertheless, owners of Aliners have often commented to us that
the CL layout Sportliner appears to have as much storage space, and has more usable bench top space than the larger
A'van.
